Each machine is constantly connected to the central system through a PackInPro-certified communication protocol (APIs) dedicated to it, ensuring security and performance in transferring operational data from the “edge” to the servitization database.

To acquire data

The CUT & CODE cutter communicates with the centralised servitization application through a native app. A dedicated Bluetooth protocol allows operational data to be sent and received from the machine’s integrated control board. The Wi-Fi connection enables the transfer of information and data through the servitization application.

To analyse productivity

With servitization, every machine becomes part of an intelligent system capable of providing concrete data on production activities. This application makes it possible to analyse production trends over time, estimate capacity and performance, and plan resources and supplies more accurately.
