The high‑flute structure with reinforcing ribs provides self‑cushioning performance that mitigates impacts, pressure and scuffing. Delivered in rolls, Profiles are cut to length on the bench; the half‑cut (e.g., 40 or 50 mm depending on profile height) enables fast, clean folding to the desired L‑section. Compared with PU foam edge protectors, they deliver a multi‑purpose protection that can also serve as a separator or local stiffener, saving material and labour time; the underlying cushionPaper shows lower CO₂ impact (up to −80%) vs plastics or conventional corrugated, aligning with sustainability goals.
